What: Primary treatment of invasive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer, with no visible residual tumour (moderate-high risk)

Eligibility: Invasive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer, with no visible residual tumour.
FIGO Ia: Grade 2 or 3
FIGO Ib: Grade 2 or 3
FIGO Ic, II, or III: any Grade
BCCA "Class II Drug Registration" form must be submitted

Exclusions: Visible residual tumour

• age > 80
• performance status > ECOG 2

What: Primary treatment of visible residual (extreme risk) invasive epithelial ovarian cancer in ambulatory care settings

Eligibility:

• visible residual, invasive epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or peritoneal cancer
• treatment centre able to deliver protocol as outpatient; (if not: GOOVEXT2)
• Class II form must be completed

Exclusions:

• age > 80
• performance status > ECOG 2
• no visible residual disease
• borderline (low malignant potential) tumours
• gynecologic tumours of other origin or histology
• prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy for this malignancy
• bowel obstruction
• brain metastases
